Please allow 3 - 5 business days for production. Our commitment to mindful consumption means we only produce what is sold (made on demand). This approach is essential for the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Be aware that our shipping times are in addition to the production period.

Regrettably, we do not cover customs/import fees. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and vary according to the destination country's regulations.

Your order will be delivered via your local postal services. Cost of worldwide shipping is 4.99€ with DHL.

Shipping Time:

Shipping durations depend on your location:

  • Europe: 6-15 business days
  • USA & Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10-20 business days

These are estimated delivery times. Please allow an additional 10 days beyond the normal delivery schedule before reaching out to our customer support team.

Tracking:

After dispatching your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Complimentary order tracking is available for orders over 40 euros or when you purchase at least 4 items. You will receive a tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel's journey. Alternatively, you can use your local postal service's tracking system with the provided tracking code. Orders below these thresholds will be shipped without tracking features. Tracking information may take 2 to 3 business days to appear.

Delivery Issues?

If you encounter any problems with your delivery, please email us directly at support.goalkickcases@outlook.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

We want you to shop with confidence! Returns are gladly accepted within 7 days of the delivery date. Please note the following:

  • Eligibility: Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all packaging.
  • Custom Items: Custom phone cases and custom accessories are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, and we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.
  • Return Process: All return items must be sent to our European office and received in good condition before a refund or exchange can be processed.
  • Return Postage: Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was faulty or incorrect.
